February special from chocolateness is Pitachio Molten,
this lovely box couldn't arrive at a better time since it was Thursday and the family gathering was at my place and we were gathered around pots of hot drinks to keep us warm in this chilly weather..
Anyways the box came with a sweet note and a packed as usual with wooden spoons, warm and ready to eat..
Each molten was drizzled with a bit of sauce on top and crushed pistachio as a garnish..
I couldn't eat right away so I kept it next to the boiling pots to keep it nice and hot when it's time to eat.
Mine was gone is 5 minutes, it was that Good ~ !
The cake itself had bits of pistachio folded into the batter which was moist and fluffy in addition to the bottom layer which had melted caramel sauce that complimented the nuts flavour heavenly..
I'm not quite sure but perhaps I imagined I tasted one that had a chocolatey center? or maybe I was wrong ( I admit one wasn't enough, lol)
