Fresh artisan gelato cake by Angelato, this week choice we opted for something summery and light and I've been meant to try this place for a while..
The overall presentation of the cake is so gorgeous, I might not say the same thing about the taste though..
The cake consisted of three layers, a very light layer of sponge cake, raspberry gelato and a layer of vanilla gelato..
I wished that the layer of cake was a bit thicker, it complimented the raspberry gelato nicely but the vanilla was a bit tasteless..
It was an alright cake not something I would order again but I'm planning to try other creations by Angelato the top of it would be their lavender bomb..
