It doesn't feel at all like a year has passed since the opening of Zeebrgr, I had previous posts about this restaurant which you can view here & here
So in celebration for a year of success I was invited yet again to sample the new things on the menu..
Presented with an Ipad menu as usual..
Burrata Cheese
House-made Burrata, filled with Mozzarella cheese, served on a bed of Italian basil & Tomato, served with our special mixture of balsamic vinegar & basil sauce
Finally got to try it since its always been sold out, and its not to be missed !
Assorted chips platter, it was fun to munch on beetroot chips, sweet potatoes and nacho's but I didn't like the melted cheese maybe something a little bit more interesting would do..
I loved those shrimp bites, light and fresh !

Tender and done to perfection, more like a safe dish if you don't like risking..

My favourite, I wouldn't mind having it every single day !

The flavour was there and tasty, but it was a bit on the dry side..
Home-made nutella icecream, just the perfect ending to a generous meal <3
